Ok, whoa. It's about damn time I wrote a new journal. Also, sorry for the absence of new comics and stuff these past two or three weeks.
I'm on vacation (in other words, sweating my ass off by working around our house in the middle of nowhere), with barely any internet to go around. On top of that, my laptop refuses to get over itself and start accepting my tablet's drivers. I'll have to deal with those unruly electronic devices before I can draw anything properly. Until then I've found some older stuff on my hard disk that I'll upload in a sec.
Have I ever mentioned how much I hate summer? Because I really, really do. I can't focus on anything except this excruciating, unrelenting heat.

My brother and I went to see Dark Knight Rises on my birthday. It was a bit of a let down to be honest. A very chaotic movie with a pretty weak plot. It would've been fun watching Bane wreck havoc in Gotham if it wasn't for his voice. The best part about it were two really funny guys who sat next to us, cracking jokes at every opportunity.
The week before that I got to see Spiderman with my friend. Man, those crane drivers! Who even needs the Avengers with those guys around.
While I'm already talking about movies.

In my opinion, the people that make jokes about the movie are the best people to sit next to sometimes, especially if the movie is dragged out so long like Batman.
